How I help

Clear help for the full local school journey.

I help you understand the route into a Singapore local school and the decisions that come after entry.

Getting in

P1 registration, the Indication of Interest, AEIS, S-AEIS, and the local versus international school decision.

I help you identify the route that fits your child, understand what is within your control, and prepare for the steps ahead. For Primary 1, that usually means understanding how the Indication of Interest works for international students and what happens between the May submission and the October outcome. For later primary and secondary entry, it usually means understanding AEIS or S-AEIS, the Cambridge English requirement, and realistic preparation timelines.

Where a decision depends on a current MOE rule, I point you to the official page so you are working from today's information, not last year's forum posts.

Settling in

The first months after entry: routines, confidence, English and maths foundations, and talking to teachers.

I help you understand what is normal adjustment, where your child may need support, and how to work with the school. If your child joins during the year, we plan how to find out which topics were missed and close the gap in a clear order instead of panicking about everything at once.

Doing well

Subjects, co-curricular activities, opportunities, and the decisions that come after your child joins.

I help you look beyond admission, so your child can grow inside the system without being pushed into everything at once. That includes understanding how the local system approaches assessment, what the reasonable expectations are at each level, and where extra help is genuinely useful versus where it is simply what other families are doing.

What this guidance includes

Your child's possible admission routes. The current official steps to check. Local versus international school trade-offs. Preparation priorities before entry. Support during the first months after entry.

What I will not promise

A guaranteed school place. A result that MOE or a school controls. A one-size-fits-all answer. Tuition your child may not need.

No one outside MOE or the school can guarantee admission, and anyone who promises a place is telling you something the system does not allow. What I can promise is a clear picture of the route, the real limits, and an honest order of next steps.

What happens after you book

The first call is a short, honest conversation. 1. Tell me where you are: the first call is free and takes 20 to 30 minutes, and we talk about your child and your situation. 2. See your real options: I explain the routes that fit your family, including the limits and the risks. 3. Leave with next steps: you get a clear order of action, not a long list of information.
